حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَلًّى، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا، وَعَنِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يَزْهُوَ. قِيلَ وَمَا يَزْهُو قَالَ يَحْمَارُّ أَوْ يَصْفَارُّ.
