Sahih al-Bukhari 4238

It is related that Abu Hurayra went to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and asked him [for a share]. One of the sons of Sa'id ibn al-'As said, "Do not give it to him!" Abu Hurayra said, "This is the murderer of Ibn Qawqal!' He said, "How strange! A desert weasel? slips down from Qadum Da'n!" It is related that Abu Hurayra reported to Sa'd ibn al-'As, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, sent Aban on a raid from Madina in the direction of Najd." Abu Hurayra said, "Aban and his companions came to the Prophet,may Allah bless him and grant him peace, at Khaybar after he had conquered it, and the reins of their horses were made of palm fibre." Abu Hurayra said, "I said, 'Messenger of Allah, do not give them a share!' Aban said, 'You say this, you desert weasel, coming down from the top of Da'n?' The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'Aban! Sit down!' and he did not give them a share."
