Chapter: “Cut off the hand of the thief, male or female…”
Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) cut off the hand of a thief for stealing a shield that was worth three Dirhams.

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَطَعَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي مِجَنٍّ ثَمَنُهُ ثَلاَثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ.
